Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who combines strong design craft with strategic thinking. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to shape user-centered, data-informed experiences across digital products — including XR and immersive platforms.

You will play a key role in UX Pro for Hire, acting as an embedded UX expert for clients who need senior-level impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX processes: discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, workshops)
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web, mobile, and immersive experiences
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around UX strategy and product direction
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and decision-making
• Mentor junior designers and help raise the UX maturity of teams
• Measure and optimize UX outcomes (conversion, retention, engagement)

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX / Product Design
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design and business impact
• Experience working with complex digital products (SaaS, platforms, games, or immersive tech)
• Solid understanding of UX research, interaction design, and usability principles
• Ability to connect UX decisions to business goals and KPIs
• Comfortable working independently and embedded within client teams
• Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Bonus: Experience with XR, gaming, 3D interfaces, or emerging tech
